I am from 5 News on Channel 5 and I am looking into a story about those over 50 and divorce, as we have some statistics to say that the number of those over 50 getting divorced has increased over the last five years. This is for a number of reasons - but one of the most striking shifts is that women are more often the ones taking the step to leave with greater financial independence, careers, pensions of their own, feeling less stigma and taboo among the suggested explanations.
I wondered if there are any users over 50 who have connected with others/formed groups over recent separation/divorce who would be willing to do some filming? If so, please contact [email protected]
