Media request: adult kids not seeing family at Christmas

I'm looking for parents whose adult kids have spent or will be spending Christmas with friends or with their partner, but not seeing family.

This is happening more frequently - any parents out there who feel the new generation are forgetting that Christmas is about family/ seeing the elderly? Or perhaps parents feel freed from this as they can go off somewhere hot and forget about hosting. Any thoughts on the changing attitudes to Christmas, would be really helpful.

'Journalist' scraping barrel to find and stoke fire of division and friction in society. On this occasion between age groups.

Not interested in the millions of happy people just going about their Christmas and seeing family.

It's no wonder people go round moaning about fractured society when this is the bilge the media pump out.
