We're looking for a case study of someone who had booked a packaged holiday online and found it wasn’t what was advertised upon arrival and is trying to claim compensation. This could range from hotels not looking like what was advertised online or in the brochure, or services advertised not being offered upon arrival, or a place advertised as all-inclusive and it isn’t, or a place advertised as a family friendly location which turns out to be on a busy venue with lots of clubs etc. If you'd like to share your experience please contact [email protected] - the deadline is next Tuesday (26th).
