What online French courses would you recommend?

Any recommendations for good online French courses? I did A-level French aeons ago, whizzed through Duolingo’s French courses, watch French TV (with subtitles as a safety blanket!) but would like something more structured. I live in the middle of nowhere so I suspect online is my best bet. There seems to be a plethora of options for beginners but not so much when you’re more confident..

Have a look at Language for Fun. Live online courses running at all different levels from Beginners to advanced with real teachers.

City Lit. I do German but I'm sure they'll do advanced French. The course descriptions tell you things like "suitable for someone with a rusty A Level" and they often say which book they are going to use, so you can judge the level for yourself. You can also swap to a different course (if it isn't full) if you need to change level. They are good value for money compared with other providers I've looked at. Not all their courses are online, so double check before signing up! Online classes use Zoom and google classroom.

Following because I would like to know this, I am a similar level and I watch a lot of French programmes and films. So, sorry I don’t have a suggestion for you Op.
