I've hit the wall

I am in the last two months of an intensive three year degree - part-time alongside working 4 days. I have 5,000 words to write and need to get 80% on my final assignment to achieve a distinction. It has been so personally enriching and I have loved it, but I want it to be over now. I just don't have any more energy to give to this. I tried to quit but my tutor keeps talking me into keeping on with it. What makes it worse is that I self-funded, so I am 8K down if I don't finish.

I know that no-one has magic words that can make this last push achievable but I am so miserable. Why did I do this to myself?!
