Yoghurt with berries, poach eggs either alone or on low carb bread (rye).
salad (all cut up with a fine dicing machine - no leaves) tofu and a chilli peanut dressing, marinated herby chicken and roast veg.
roasted vegetable with seeds and feta, roast chicken with cheesy sauce and green veg

Not technically low carb but if eggs get too much all the time... oatbran has a much much lower GI rate than normal oats. I make it with oat milk and it keeps me full and 300 cals.

Dinner - turkey keema (minced turkey, tin toms, peas). Roasted swede, carrot and butternut with sausage meat balls

I only have one breakfast. Yeo Valley natural yogurt (one pot), Lizi high protein granola (30g), Sainsburys partially dehydrated prunes (4-6).

Breakfast: none, or coffee with heavy cream.
Lunch: beef liver cooked in butter, nothing else or tinned mackrel, and tinned sardines with salt straight out of the tin, nothing else.
Dinner: rib eye cooked in butter, with a side salad or venison cooked in butter and a side salad.

If you want low carb cooking ideas take a look at ketogenic woman (Anita) or Laura Spath on YouTube both offer really good insight on what to eat.

Almond milkshake - coconut oil 15g, 150ml almond milk no sugars, 25g avocado, four raspberries, 65g almond butter, creatine 10g, ice cubes. Whizzed in a blender.
Bacon Sandwich - Keto Chefs crusty white bread - each slice 1g carbs, 3 slices bacon, 40g mayo, 25g lettuce, 15g tomato

lunch - celeriac lasagne or piece of meat weighing 75g with either broccoli, or other low carb veg or a load of mushrooms. This will be supplemented with mayo (40g) and some MCT.

supper - same as lunch but usually a spicy curry or stew /chilli and added MCT to up the fat intake. I aim to not add too much meat but I do add fat and although my LDL and HDL went up initially they are now at ok levels. But keto is hard. I wouldn’t do this out of choice.

And decaf coffee with MCT or ghee until midday with a mix of collagen. I also have magnesium and supplements at nights. Hope this helps.

Dinner: stir fry veg and marinated pork.
or: baked potato/sweet potato, chicken and loads of veg.

-Avocado, a few slices of fried chorizo and egg
-Full fat FAGE yohgurt and berries

-Fake KFC chicken thighs/drumsticks but using almond meal instead of breadcrumbs
-Home made coleslaw

I can't recall anymore because I did keto many years ago.

Lunches: Pepper stuffed with tuna, anchovies, capers and cherry tomatoes served with a green salad, Chicken “Caesar-ish” Salad…grilled chicken breast, dressing made from Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic and herbs, served on little gem lettuce with cherry tomatoes and a sprinkling of mixed seeds.
