I have been low carbing for just under 3 months now. I had 22lbs to lose. 13 of those have gone since I started. Things have really slowed down. I have lost 3lb in the last month. Things are still going in the right direction but I wonder if anyone could look at what I eat, exercise and let me know if things are ok or if I need to mix things up a bit? I work full time so breakfast and lunch are boring but easy and keep me full.
breakfast - scrambled egg with butter.
lunch - chicken thighs or breast or tuna, full fat mayonnaise, salad and celery and cucumber.
dinner - stirfry with chicken, peppers, bean sprouts, sometimes other veg if it’s in the fridge with cauliflower rice. I’ll add lime, garlic, ginger and some soy sauce and cook in olive oil. Another dinner is salmon or chicken and roast veg, Cheese burger with bacon in lettuce. These are just examples.
I tend not to snack but if I do I’ll eat a bit of cheese or a boiled egg.
my TDEE brings my calories in at 1168 a day to lose. My fitness pal is 1200. I do weigh and measure but not every day. Often I am within these calories as I am simply not hungry. I try not to focus on this, more eating until I am full.
i do hit training twice a week.
I am in a calorie deficit but some weeks I just don’t lose. I do drink plenty of water. I am 52. Just wonder if it’s my age and a menopause thing.

Weight loss as you approach your target will slow - so nothing untoward there.
Your meals look fine - assuming you are using plenty of fat? - and you're drinking lots of water, so I'd say it's all good.
One thing you could consider, though, would be intermittent fasting? The easiest way to introduce this would be to drop your breakfast, so you're dropping down to two meals a day.
