Hi 👋

I've been told by my gym lady that I should have around 100g protein a day.

I want to lose 3st.

I will/do the following exercise:

Monday
AM: outdoor bootcamp, weights, battle ropes etc.
PM: half hour cardio then boxercise

Tuesday
AM: half hour weights then half hour jungle fight klub workout.
PM: the gym has an abs class but I haven't decided what I'll do yet.

Wednesday
AM: outdoor bootcamp, weights, battle ropes etc.
PM: half hour cardio then boxercise

Thursday
AM: half hour HIIT
PM: weights then Jump class on the trampoline

Friday
AM: outdoor bootcamp, weights, battle ropes etc.
PM: half hour cardio then corestix

I don't mind eating the same thing most days.

I'm thinking greek yoghurt, peanut butter and seeds for breakfast.

2 egg omelette for lunch, with variations of cheese/ham/chorizo/onion/mushrooms/tomatoes.

Chicken breast or wings or pork etc and broccoli/cauliflower/salad, avocados etc.

@CourtneeLuv is that realistic? Exercising twice a day every day? What's your starting point do you already exercise every day?

When are you having any recovery days?

JamMakingWannaBe · 11/07/2022 22:24

An air fryer is your friend:
roast veg
bacon
sausages
chicken
fish
poached eggs

I found some really good low carb recipes on Diabetes UK. The Bootcamp threads on here are also good for recipes.

My favourites are white fish and chorizo cooked in cream, roast pepper stuffed with bolognese with mozzarella on top and a coconut milk raspberry smoothie.

You do not need to eat the same thing each meal. Have an omelette for breakfast some days etc. Make sure your yoghurt is full fat and your peanut butter is not full of added sugar etc.

Calling @BIWI for advice.

I've been doing the morning things, with c25k or walking or skipping etc in the day.

The cardio is just walking on the treadmill or cross trainer and a lot of the evening classes are only half an hour. I'd be doing more if I walked to and from work and did a physical job all day.

At the end of this month I'm giving up the outdoor bootcamp, I can't pay for that and the gym.

And Chris Powell used to get his year to save my life people exercising for 3-5 hours a day.

Recovery days are sat/sun or I might drop out a class and do swim/sauna. I'll listen to my body, yesterday I was a bit tired so only did the boxercise class at the gym, 30 mins, and no cardio or weights.
