Keto and periods?

I started keto in Jan and have lost 3 stone since then - bmi is still 38 to give you an idea of where I'm at.
I have pcos and have always had semi regular cycles of generally around 30-33 days with the occasional anomaly a few times a year that's longer or shorter. Since starting in Jan I've had 3 longer cycles consecutively and I'm not sure if this is something I need to be concerned with and if I need to reconsider my level of carbs each day? Maybe move to low carb? I'm reluctant to do so if I don't need to as I love keto and how it makes me feel, but we're also in the start of a fertility pathway so fertility really is at the forefront of my mind and don't want to jeopardise things. My understanding is that keto is generally good for fertility so I'm a little confused. Any advice would be appreciated :) x

I recently listened to a a specialist OBGYN on a podcast. She recommends to her fertility patients to go keto and fast. She herself is carnivore.
Also check out Kelly Hogan. She had fertility issues until she went carnivore. Interesting story.
