On low carb boot camp the first 2 weeks is no fruit or nuts then you introduce them. I'm no expert, I just do what @BIWI tells me Grin

That looks pretty good to me although blueberries are relatively high carb so i would change those to more raspberries, strawberries or blackberries.

Looks like you are eating fat which is really important. You can go to town with that, buy some lovely olive oil, cook with butter, add cream to stuff. its seems counter intuitive but from what i have experienced the more fat you eat the fuller and more satisfied you will feel and more weight you will lose.

Join us on the 10 week low carb boot camp which is starting in a couple of weeks!

I would ditch the fruit & yoghurt for the first couple of weeks. It’s very hard to balance your sugars, and you need to kind of get used to having almost none at all for a while to break the addiction. Dairy and fruit is still comparatively high. Even avocado is quite high non carbs depending on what you’re starting with. Are you counting carbs at all? I found logging everything in my fitness pal really helpful. (Although it was annoying to begin with) It made me really understand my own patterns as well as knowing exactly what was all the foods I normally graze upon.
