Lol, no! Change scale to lbs and then it's a more reachable goal - can be broken down to smaller achievable targets!

Yes! I’ve given myself a year to make some small but healthy habits. Approaching 40 & feeling 60. The weight is my main issue & it’s getting me down. New year new attitude

I just converted my weight from kilograms to pounds. Looks so much worse than I realised. I’m heavier than my 6ft husband

Weighed myself this morning and I’ve no idea how or why, but I’ve only gained 2.5lbs over Christmas and new year.

Day one. It’s always the hardest for me.

I'm low carbing -but not no carbing as I know that leads to binge eating --for me anyway

100lbs would take me to the middle of healthy bmi -a place I have never seen!

Me- have put on a lot this year. Starting whole 30 combined with 16:8 and then trying to get to b some exercise. Am truly scared to weigh myself tomorrow

I have a list of goals I intend to make in 2018. I am not going to hold myself to ransom. If I fancy something I will have it but I will be going to the gym at least 3 x per week to lift.

I’m going to do the 30 day shred starting today.

It’s time for me. I love me. I need to show me that I care about me. No more self sabotage, no more self abuse.

By this time next year I want to be a size 14, not a 10 because that feels too much and my brain can’t work with that. :)

I'm in. My 19 month old is almost sleeping through (7 nights out of the last 11, hurrah!) and I'm starting to get my energy back so it's time to start exercising and stop grazing on sugary food to get me through the day!

I'm in! Need to weigh myself to get an exact weight but I need to lose about six stone so about 84lbs. Has anyone had any luck with keto? I'm thinking about that but will introduce complex carbs and whole brains further down the line as I don't think I could no carbs for the rest of my life. Good luck to everyone!

flawed I did slim n save for a week as a trial in November which is a low calorie + keto meal replacement diet. Lost 1st in 2 weeks. it's all gone back on in December though haha! Will be doing it for a month or so in January to kick start my weightloss and then go on to a normal keto diet and see how I go :)
