Would you pay for a low carb diet program?

When I first started eating low carb I followed the Mumsnet bootcamp threads but I'm wondering whether I might have found it easier if I had joined an online program.

Ways of Eating offer a six-week low carb program at a cost of £60. There is an app or it can be accessed through the website.

Honestly, no I wouldn't. I followed the MN bootcamp and found it really straightforward & effective, so I wouldn't feel the need to pay for a low carb diet program. But then, I wouldn't pay for any diet program for that matter. I'm sure it would be helpful for others, though.

I wouldn't - I think you can get more experience related information/motivation from bootcamp/MN

I am! I am following Slim and save at the mo. I paid nearly £33 for a weeks supply of products. But if you think about it in the longrun I would spend double of that at the supermarkets.

Its quite good because you can work it out on a shopping calculator app they have on the website.

My only struggle is with my wine addiction! (lol) You are not allowed to have any alcohol. After the first few days of starting the diet I think i've gotten over it

I don't think I like the idea of a bootcamp, don't you have to do loads of exercise too? You don't with this :)
