Because at the moment I'm using slices of cheese and that can't be good!

I know the flax cracker things get a bad rep, but anyone found any other kind of cracker recipes that work and don't ming?

I like pate on carrot. I know that you can't eat too many carrots but one is okay. I like the sweetness with the pate

Romaine lettuce leaves are lovely for spreading stuff on, such as pate, room temperature brie etc.
