I picked up a copy of their book this week as it seemed slightly more sustainable than full-on paleo but without the pain of having to give up legumes on top of everything else. (I can give up bread but getting rid of delicious houmous and beans in stews? No way!) Has anyone given their way of eating a try? If so, how did it work out for you? I have lots to loose - a two-month old horse, apparently! - so something that isn't complicated or ridiculously strict seems sensible...
