so of course i could whip it and just eat it but I'm doing bootcamp not lite yet so no berries ... can I make something savoury and delicious with this?
I have eggs, butter, cheese, ham, sausages, spinach, cauliflower, kale, courgette, chorizo, gem lettuce, full fat cream cheese, garlic, shallot, various herbs/spices
don't have any special flours or flaxseed or anything like that
Please help!
