I am managing to lose weight slowly by cutting my carbohydrates down to about 150 per day. I count carbs in my sleep due to me being diabetic on insulin!! I am also not very active!
I am finding it easy to cut down on the carbs too after gradually reducing the amount of food was eating by about 20 grams per day (20g carbohydrate) over about 4 days then I would reduce the carbs again. I came up with a theory that this should work due to the stomach gradually reducing it's size so it expects less and I had no hunger pains!
I have lost half a stone and have 1.5 stone to go!!!!
I do not know however how safe this would be for a pregnant woman/unborn baby, (diabetic or none diabetic) if anyone could enlighten me I would be grateful!
