Plan is to start the next one on Monday 5 January, which will run for 8 weeks.
You’re very welcome to start on 1 January if you wish, but starting on 5/1 gives us all time to make sure all the Christmas, carby stuff is out of the way!

As with other Bootcamps, we’ll have a spreadsheet where you can record your weight each week. As well as the weight sheet, there’s loads of other information on the spreadsheet, so it’s definitely worth reading. That said, you don’t have to be added to the weight sheet. If you don’t want to be on that sheet, please add NO SPREADSHEET against your name when you put yourself on the list.
