It's been mentioned that it will include info about the carb content of different veggies. Is there any chance this info (not the whole spreadsheet) can be shared ASAP, so I can do my meal plan and add the right veggies to my Friday food delivery? (I can't get to the shops independently at the moment to top up mid-week.)

@Menotum You will definitely find a link to previous iterations of the 'spreadsheet of fabulousness' in the first post of any of the weekly threads in this low carb bootcamp and scattered through other posts.

The reference info for which you are looking does not change (or certainly only very occasionally) between bootcamps.

I hope you understand that I am reluctant to post a link to an old one here - last time I did that it caused quite a bit of confusion about which was the 'current' iteration.
