Feb '24 - the next Low Carb Bootcamp challenge starts on 5 February

Morning all.

We're starting the next challenge next Monday. This one will run for 8 weeks, so the final weigh-in will be Monday 1 April.

As always, the first two weeks will be strict Bootcamp; after that you can (if you wish) move to Bootcamp Light for the remaining six weeks.

You're very welcome to join us! Sign up here - and if you've never done Bootcamp before, or low carbed before, just put a N by the side of your name. (This means I know how much info about low carbing/Bootcamp to post on the initial threads).

hello lovely February 2024 Bootcampers, Feb 2024 Updates are complete, as at 16:36 today we had

54 names on the signup thread of which

• 2 on the signup sheet marked no spreadsheet
• 30 on the signup sheet appeared in sheet for January
• 22 others on the signup sheet shown now as starting in February

January Weigh-in sheet had 63 names, of which

• 30 continued January into February
• 33 moved to January only

Please let me know if you would like to see anything differently

I was on the September 23 spreadsheet, fallen off the wagon a little so looking forward to a strict 2 week start to this one!

Any good recipes to share?
I saw someone suggest egg muffins as a breakfast on fb. Looked like whisked up eggs with veg/protein and baked in the oven in a muffin case. From bbc good food website.

I am low carbing- have been since September... getting less and less carbs !

I need to lose weight as I am pre diabetic- I have lost 18lbs and have another 28lbs at least to lose.
