Do please also go through the earlier threads. There will be a thread with 'prep' in the title, then one each for week 1, 2 & 3. There is lots of really useful information.
The first (or sometimes the second) post will have a link to the 'spreadsheet of fabulousness. This has absolutely everything you need to know, most of which you will have picked up from the threads i have suggested you use to catch up.
I'm on holiday at the moment, so may not immediately be able to add your username to the first tab of the spreadsheet til the weekend, incase you want to use it to track your weight. You are welcome to add yourself if you like or wait til the weekend. It doesn't impact your access to the other parts of the spreadsheet.
Two more things.
Lots of us find taking body measurements is really useful esp when the scales are being stubborn it's good to have objective proof of shrinking dimensions.
Another important point is that the chat represents the forth week of 'bootcamping' for many on the thread. For others it's a lot longer.
It's critical for your success that got the first two weeks you keep very very strictly to the original rules so that your body can change over to burning fat. If you keep strictly to it, that magic will happen at some point over the first fortnight. You will know when it has happened, most people at some point in that time wake up or later in the day when they would usually eat only to find they are just not hungry. That means the body has switched and is burning fat.
It's an unforgiving lifestyle, in that too many carbs in that crucial period risks stopping the successful switch.
