2023 - the first Low Carb Bootcamp of the year - come and sign-up!

I'll be starting the new Bootcamp on Monday 9 January. Again it will run for 8 weeks, so will finish on Sunday 5 March.

The sign-up list is below

It would be really helpful if you could let me know if you're veggie/vegan by adding either V or VG after your name. And if you don't want to be added to the spreadsheet, please add NO SPREADSHEET after your name

There is always a support thread running in the low carb boot camp threads, might be worth a look there at the latest and all the previous threads. All the best.

@amigababy thanks for indicating you're a veggie (or vegan?). Have you low carbed before? It's not quite as easy if you're not a meat or fish eater, but there are different rules for you, as you're allowed to include nuts and seeds from the start.
