Handbag snacks and coffee shops

Could I have some ideas for things to keep with me if I’m hungry and out? I don’t like babybels and I can’t buy peperamis as I just eat a multipack in one sitting! Also, I spend a lot of time hanging around in coffee shops ( work related) - are there good options at all in costa/nero etc I can grab?

Nuts are good because they don't go off if you don't eat them that day (nuts ok once we get into week 3). I buy biggish bags and decant into little tupperware pots, approx 30g a portion. Check the carb contents as they vary - walnuts and brazils pretty low, cashews high, I think almonds and pecans medium, macadamias great but expensive. Last time I was Costco I bought a big (1kg?) bag of dry roasted almonds which are amazing but only buy if you have the self control!

If you don't like Babybels is there other cheese you can eat a chunk of? I do like them but normally avoid because of the unnecessary packaging. Two cheeses I particularly like just on their own are Manchego and one I found in Sainsbury's called Singleton Parlick.

Also olives decant well into little pots and I think I noticed little pouches of olives near the till in Aldi recently that would be ideal.

There have been lots of pork scratching recommendations on the current bootcamp thread.
