I think I'm in for my first attempt ever at LCHF.... but just a couple of questions..
We've just started trying for another baby - is that an issue? Will being keto affect my fertility? Can you do keto when pregnant? I had a MC a few months ago and I don't want to do anything that'll potentially cause us problems. On the flipside, there's no guarantee we'll catch straight away (although we did for my last 2 pregnancies) so I don't want to put this off 'just in case' in you see what I mean.
I'm planning to use the meal plan from the Diet Doctor website as the recipes are really appealing and I like how it decides for me and plans it all out! Will this be OK to do on bootcamp? Am I likely to need snacks in addition to the meals they've planned out d'you think? If so, what can I snack on?
I did Cambridge diet before, and had carb flu. I'm therefore expecting it again. When does it usually kick in? Just so I can prepare DH!
Finally, how much can I hope to lose in the first 2 weeks?
