Have had success with low carbing in the past. Really could do with losing some more weight now

Not sure how much, but will weigh in and measure before I re start on Friday

Anyone else??

My goal is to get to where I was 2 years ago so that I can return to my beloved running

Room for one more? Started today scrambled eggs for breakfast, am waiting til after teatime though to look in the mirror where I will of course have lost a stone already Grin

How does this sound? Yesterday: omelette with 3 eggs, bit of chopped onion and ham,
Dinner: rashers, mushrooms fryed in butter , egg mayo and some spinach.
Today: breakfast - omelette, same as above, lunch- roast chicken, egg mayo, fryed mushrooms, spinach...
Don't know what I'll have later yet...
Lots of water and green tea too
