I will be 13 days into boot camp when we go away for a week.
Staying in a hotel with lots of restaurant choices, will I have any problems?, quite happy to avoid booze apart from flights, any advice would be gratefully received

Thanks

Try going on to the hotel's website and see if they have menus for their restaurants. If they don't, you could always email the hotel and ask about the menus?

What kind of restaurants are in the hotel?

Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese foods are the hardest to navigate successfully. But other cuisines are more manageable.

which hotel?

Sorry just been shopping, staying at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray so should have lots of choice, will try not to get my money's worth of food. Hmm

Oooohhh, you lucky duck. That's the best hotel on The Palm, and the restaurants are lovely! Have a fabulous time.

I just came back from week in Dubai and have to say LC went totally out of the window for me. That said, I could probably have stuck to it if I have tried.

I don't know about your particular hotel, but most seem to have a fair few restaurants, so lots of choice. Ours had a great steak house, a tapas bar, an Indian and a lovely Italian as well as Chinese and Thai, which we didn't try.

With regard to eating out during the day, they choices are similar to home, especially in the malls, so I'm sure you'll be able to find something to suit.

Have fun and enjoy the sunshine!

Zabeel Sarray is amazing, agree best hotel on the Palm. funnily enough i know the F&B manager there very well, so if you pm me i will give you his name, he was amazing when my god daughter with many allergies was there. It will be pretty easy to do low carb, there are many restaurant choices and all will make effort to help clients if you tell them about your diet. I go to Dubai quite a bit so happy to help :)
