I'm a single mum to a 3 month old, while I'm enjoying being a mum I am struggling with getting downtime as it's just me. I've looked into getting a nanny or an au pair but I don't think that's what I need, not sure I want to share my home. Does anyone know if any companies out groups who can help out 2 - 3 times a week?

A childminder or a nursery?
Most will take them from a few weeks old.

I did think of a nursery or childminder, but I'm breast feeding so unable to leave my child elsewhere and don't have time to express.

Sorry I’m not sure what help it is you’re asking for? How about home start?

Do you have any friends or family who might be able to come over and care for baby whilst you get a bit of time to yourself? I would be more than happy to go and visit a friend and hold/ look after the baby whilst she popped upstairs for a nap or to get some time to herself if that’s what a friend needed.

Honestly at that age and the fact your bf this would probably be your best option, understandably not everyone has that option though.
Unfortunately at 3 months old it can feel quite relentless and repetitive and you don't get much "me time" but it does get easier. I found I just had to take time for myself when DD was napping or at night when I'd put her down to bed, make it a priority.

Thanks all for all the responses 😊. Unfortunately my friends are at work all day. I do go to my parents and they do help. Home start is a good idea, thanks. May look into live out nanny.
Thanks 😊
