Hi,
I have suffered from a few health issues ranging from MS to depression, I have never let it defend me before working full time to give me and my daughter a comfortable life. I rent my own home and I always have food in the house, games etc. My daughter attends primary school and she loves it. She always comes out happy and the teachers have told me she is happy.

Anyway in Jan I was admitted into A&E with a TIA (mini stroke) , the school have been amazing and allowed me to keep her in school while covid is going on. I applied for limited capability benefit, to help with money in the house. I spoke to the lady on the phone and told her I struggle to move around etc, and I suffer with depression. I explained. MY daughter is 6 now so she is more independent then a baby, but I still cook her tea, bath and homework, play etc. But I said it tires me out. I have gone into panic mode now and have convinced myself social services will think I am unable to look after my daughter. Do you think they might get involved? I am super worried about it!!!!! Thank you for your responses

Please don't worry. You are clearly doing an amazing job. Your daughter is safe. In School and well cared for. Social services will want to offer you help to continue to support you and your daughter. I know you must be worried I promise you social services are dealing with some very neglectful and sad situations. I am sure you don't fall I to this category at all
