I havent had an increase for 3 years. How often should I except this to happen?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Of you mean child maintenance it doesn't increase unless there is a change in the payers circumstances which mean they are required to pay more. Things like pay rises etc

As previous poster said..Are you going through CMS.. if not and he is paying the legal minimum it may be worth it to get it checked yearly..It will cost you £20 initially but worth it to stop having to ask

With CMS there is an annual review. If you don’t agree with the figure and have grounds to challenge it, you can ask for a mandatory reconsideration and if it still is wrong, you can appeal the outcome.

I've not had an increase in 10 years..... it's a court arrangement though not CMS.

As often as the person paying it gets a pay rise

If you go through the CMS it adjusts every year.

If through CMS its an annual calculation based on earnings of prior tax year I think (latest info from HMRC). With covid I expect a lot of calculations could be going south rather than north.
