I just want to scream 'I'm one person!'

This is a bit of a rant really I suppose, I thought it'd be easier as DD gets older but having a lazy, opinionated, hormonal teen is giving toddler hood a run for it's money right now! There just aren't enough hours in the day for all the demands I need meet and I'm really feeling it!
I intended a bit of a lazy morning this morning, work ft and was up with the larks yesterday to decorate the bathroom, as well as all the usual stuff to do. Asked DD to get the washing in last night and have just found it screwed up, damp, and dumped in her room in the basket. Room itself was a disgrace and probably a hazard to negotiate to actually get to said washing. Breakfast pots dumped in the fucking bathroom, trail of clothes from the door to shower, wet towel dumped on floor..... At least when she was younger I could limit the damage, and she liked me!
I've got food to batch cook today and the rest of the house to tidy and clean, work for college to do. Had a phonecall an hour ago regarding the garden and a shitty attitude when I said I wouldn't be available because I'm at work tomorrow and couldn't be in.
DD has just done yr 10 exams and done well all things considered, but the stress levels and shouting/door slammed/total disregard for anyone or anything else has ground me down.
Been on the phone to gas supplier trying to sort out the debt even they say I don't owe but is still on the meter after two resets.
Friend rings wanting a coffee, mother wanting to drop off some pointless tat she's palming off on me, dental appointment after school, shopping needed.....
Anyone have a TARDIS? 🤪
I'm one person, I can only do so much within the time I have, but everyone just wants, wants, wants.
That's my single parent rant, what's yours today?

My DD is year 10, I have made it clear we are equally partners in our household. If she stops holding up her end of bring dirty crockery and putting it in the dishwasher, bring in washing, emptying the dishwasher and feeding the pets. I will stop my side I will not cook for her or wash and the cleaner will stop visiting her room.
She knows I am deadly serious about this and with only the occasional reminder is able to do her bit.
