When there are two NR kids to pay CM for

How does this work? My ex has two separate NR kids.

My dc stays with him 2-3 nights per week. His older DC, not even once per month now.

Last i knew (years ago now) he was paying £150pm for his older dc. He was in a lower paid job then. He pays me £100 now, up by £35 since April 2016. He does a lot of OT, but I have no idea of salary. He's in some sort of TL position. I'd maybe estimate he earns about 25k?

Can anyone tell me if the £100 a month seems correct or not? The csa calculator only ask how many dc to be paid for, not where they both live.

Thanks.

Thanks starlight. Wasn't sure myself if I could ask them as an enquiry or not, or whether CAB might be able to advise.

The gov.uk webpage gives a fairly good idea of how much he should be paying. Cms has told me it's more or less precise unless they're self employed.

Thanks Weather, but the website doesn't tell me the split between the two kids who each live with a separate mother.

it will work out the amount he should pay for two year children then it gets split in half between mothers. So in my case I have two of his and his ex 1 so I get 2/3 and she gets 1/3

I've checked this before, I'm sure it was on website but tricky to find. Anyway you work it out as if you had two children and split the sum in half. So it's 10% of net as opposed to 15%.
