So im very bored, feeling low, fed up, skint, and tired Hmm not a good combination.

I feel so lonely but I never admit it to anyone in real life as I think they would think that im a looser.

So anybody else feeling like this ?

Sorry for wining on.

I'm a bit late to this party but I thought I'd post any way.

Op your opening post could've been written by me, "bored, low, fed up, skint and tired".
I've had the shittiest of shitty months just gone but hopefully things are on the way up.
I felt terrible earlier, so so sad and fed up. All I wanted to do was cry but I forced myself to have a bath, read my book and I'm now (for some unknown reason) feeling a bit better.

I'm now going to make the most of not feeling like utter shit and have a beer (left over from Xmas!!).

P.s I'm another one that thinks I'll be alone forever. I just don't trust anyone men anymore.
Tomorrow's another day and it will be better. I won't spend the day feeling like a failure and wanting to cry. Instead I'll take ds(3.6) to the park and have a lovely time with him Smile

Happy Easter everyone Flowers

I feel exact same sometimes! I have taken up SCUBA diving, started playing football and I've started college I feel good when I'm doing these things but when at home it's hard...I suppose my advice is try fill your time with fun things and get outside! Finding motivation is hard but it's definitely do-able!!

I try to listen to good music invariably chart music as ds is well into it and MTV and other sky music channels ....

I also play the piano. This is very therapeutic! :)

When I can afford it I have a massage.

Fresh air and walking can help too.

Catching up with genuine friends.

Films on Sky TV in the winter are relaxing also.
