Hi, basically the CSA have got nowhere with XP (and the P stands for PR*CK).
He is not claiming benefits and not working legit.
They went to his door and his dad answered saying he was at work !!
They have passed to their criminal department to deal with now as they have more powers apparantly.
Has anyone else ever been in this situation with them? And if so, what happens, what can they do to him?

That good then.
They said that this dept had many more powers and dealt with things very swiftly.
Complete Bollocks then !!

well so far the csa have written my ex p lovely letters requesting money..more lovely letters...nice polite home visits...two bailiff companies. its been with enforcement for over a year now. they politely knock his door, his gf says he doesnt live there and so a few months later they do the same thing all over again. occasionally they get my hopes up by telling me he's paid something...but then erm oh sorry actually he hasnt. he's phoned up saying he'll co-operate...oh no, sorry, our mistake, he phoned up and told us we'd get nothing from him. i even went to the trouble of having a private investigator do a report to say he most definately lived there and guess what? they forgot to send it to the bailiffs so a year on its virtually useless anyway!

apparently they can take them to court, take away their driving licence, put them in prison blah blah blah. i'd like to see it. sorry
