Leaving partner and moving back to my mums, what will I be entitled to if anything,?

I know there is a similar thread to this, but the op there has a different situation,so I need to ask.

Me and ex partner live together and have a 15 month old ds, the property is mortgaged but due to my poor credit it's in my partners name not mine. I'm currently working 8 hours a week but will have to leave that job as my mums house is over an hours drive away.

My mum has said I can move back in with her for a while untill I get back on my feet. She is single and earns about 23k a year, I am 26 and although I am sure she will help me in some ways, she will not be supporting me and I will have to pay her rent for expenses plus buy extra food and pay my exsisting debts and outgoings.

I have been on the 'entitled to' website and understand what I would receive if I was living on my own but I'm very confused as to what I would receive while living with a parent.

Is it the same i.e maximum child tax credits, income support and child benefit but no housing or council tax benefit? Or will I receive a smaller amount?

Ex partner will most likely pay maintainance but I understand this doesn't count towards benefitss anymore anyway. I hope to get a new job as soon as I'm settled and hopefully claim working tax credit, but will be claiming IS in the mean time.

Thanks in advance.

As far as I know, you won't be able to claim a lot if anything, as you will be living with your parent, you need to go and see an advisor at your local job center.

This is what I am entitled to living with family. I think that if it was just me and my mum she would remain entitled to single person council tax too - but never checked it out as my brother lives at home too.

For tax credits I'm counted as a separate household whether unemployed or working.

(meant I think she'd be entitled to single person occupancy council tax if I was on Income support, no idea about higer rate WTC)
