We are a family of three, our daughter is 18m. We are looking for at least 180sqm, easy access to Moorgate, good schools, a nice high street and community feel to settle down in.

How much easy access to Moorgate? Accessible by tube?

I grew up in Hampstead so it's my favourite bit of London.

Liverpool Street station on the Elizabeth Line also has a Moorgate exit. So just about anywhere on the Elizabeth Line would work for your commute.

I don’t know much about it might I’ve heard Stoke Newington is nice. Otherwise North like Tufnell Park etc

Clapham - especially Between the Commons or Abbeville village - or Balham would work as they are on the northern line and full of families with children. Some of the primaries are very good.

Crouch End. Great schools, family oriented and an easy overground commute to Moorgate.

Not Clapham- commuting from there on the northern line at rush hour isn't fun!
How about Angel? Very short tube or bus or can walk. There's a train line from Moorgate going north that stops in Essex road and Hampstead too I think. Or Herne Hill and get the city Thames link to Farringdon?
