Where to eat?

We live in the north of England and are venturing down to London for an evening to watch Wicked in November. Show is at 7:30pm at the Apollo Theatre.

Other than the Shard, where would you eat for dinner?
Up to £100pp is our budget, must be allergy friendly (or at least able to cater to an allergy).

No Indian or Chinese food.

I'd love a tasting menu but not sure these are feasible for catering to allergies as they tend to be harder to accept change requests (understandably).

Hit me with your suggestions of good food within a reasonable distance from the Apollo please!

Cheers everyone, we're looking at menus and will be making a decision this weekend so I really appreciate all the suggestions. It's a severe nut allergy so does somewhat limit is sometimes!

Lorne is less than 10 minutes away and has a nice set menu and a la carte. The Ivy that's down the street is a good one even though people criticise the chain ones, and it has really nice decor. Also Railway at Nova place is great if you want a buzzy atmosphere, or just after theatre drinks.
