I wondered if we could have a daily chat where we can just drop in to update how we're doing learning from home, good or bad, or tips etc and find some company.

My DD is KS1 age though we can broaden it if you want to join.

I think if the schools don't reopen on March 8th I will have a tantrum to rival any thrown by my DS Grin

Half term has been a bit meh here @Emmacb82, hope yours has been more interesting! I am all out of fun ideas/ enthuasiam/ energy to stop the DC squabbling, there's nothing open, nowhere to go...

@BellaGoth my friend with summer born twins delayed their school entry too, she said it was 100% the right decision for them (and good t.iming now with the nurseries/ preschools!). Are your school able to offer any extra help for your DS? My DS1 is borderline ASD and really struggling with the lack of routine; I had a Zoom consultation with a specialist which was great, but the group sessions tend to be held during the day and of course I get no peace to participate!
