I have a nearly-2yo and a 3-and-a-half-year-old and live in the Abbeville Road area. Anyone nearby fancy getting together?

I work Tuesdays and Fridays so Tue no good. Can you drop into Monkey Music or do you need to book full term? I did a trial session at Tin Pan Annie last Monday; was thinking to try the other classes. My boy likes to dance! Sorry about Tuesday.

monkey music finishes at 12 for us on monday so could do a coffee after that if that suits?

you can go along to a trial session for monkey music and after that it's a sign up for a whole term thing.

Hi Flick, Went to Tin pan Annie this Mon just gone but am gonna try a free trial sesh of Monkey Music this Monday coming. Didn't have space at the Abbeville Rd one but am doing it at Garfield Rd Community Centre this Mon at 11:10. It's near Old Town which is where I'm based anyway. My DS is 2.
Could meet for coffee afterwards tho I guees it'll get near lunch by then as he eats at 12:30. Lunch at Bon Bon or Bandstand cafe maybe?

big mountain buggy and i'm 31 weeks pg so you'll be able to recognise us! and we'll try and sit right at the back for the room.

Ours finishes probably 12 as well over the other side of the common so might take us till 12:30 if that's ok. Is theBlonde up for it??

peasoup had no internet all weekend and didn't look online before going over that way as ds back at docs again this morning.

i duly turned up at 1215 after monkey music panicking i was too late couldn't see anyone i didn't know so left at around 20 past.....

i'm so sorry did you turn up and wait and curse and curse and curse me???

how does next monday suit and we'll get the timing right!

Hi, I got there at 12:30. As I hadn't heard back from you I didn't know whether to expect you or not but I thought it was worth a look. There were three Mums at the back and one smiled and sort of slightly nodded at me (as Mums sometimes do!!) and I thought it was you but wasn't !! Also realised i don't even know your name but muttered "are you Lysette?" Guessing from your previous nickname. They said no But we had a nice lunch anyway Lovely soup of the day. Won't be around next week as staying at my Mums but probably around the week after. Not sure I'll do that Monkey Music again as was only four people and all nannies except me (again!). Ds liked it tho so mite try the Abbeville one if they have places next term. Maybe more Mums to chat to at that one.

you should try louise as i know for a fact that one of the boys is not coming back after easter and also one of the mums you met was muttering about changing classes as she doesn't want to stay on a monday class. def look into it - it's more mums in our one and we're all v friendly!

shall we try for 2 weeks time as i think that is our last monkey music class before easter and i'll be holding out that our ds2 isn't born yet! best thing is to check on the friday before on mn and if i don't respond don't come over (just in case am in hospital!)

Oh forgot you're nearly going to give birth! Those girls at the back all had tiny babies; my ds is 2 years and four months old so probably be in a different class? Anyway hope to catch up with you before you go into hospital. Will check in 2 weeks.
