I'm starting the ball rolling.... > Hello, to all local mners. i often wonder when i see local mums around and about if they ever use mn...are there any obvious signs except maybe a lemon drizzle bag or an AIBU T-shirt... I suspect you all go about your RL business and keep the old mn your dirty little secret for when the kids are in bed or they JUST WON'T STOP SCREAMING! Anyway, ^I^ Live in Middlesbrough. I have Goat Legs and 2 dcs, aged nearly 2 and almost 4. Bye for now!

Hi All, still here! My dcs are now coming up 4 and 6!

whilst I'm on to say hello, I am suffering the usual pre-school-holiday panic 'What am I going to doooo with them every day?!'

Where are your favourite places to go in the area with dcs?

Well there is just 15mo ds, I sometimes take him to Preston Hall - he likes to look at the birds.

Has anyone been to the Leisure Farm at Coulby Newham? Is it any good?

we go there regularly, BT. U
sual assortment of farm animals, they have activities (usually crafty things) over the holidays. If you are lucky you can get involved in some lamb feeding.

Hello!

I'm Andrea. I live in Ingleby Barwick.

I've been thinking about trying to form a women's group for quite a while, but it's where, when, who...???

What is it that most of us want? A day time meeting place during school hours, with kids?
An evening meet-up - ladies only, no kids? Or weekend meetings with or without kids?

I personally would like to meet up during school hours when kids are at school. I can't make it every week, but I don't suppose everone can.

What if I propose a time,day and venue? Those who can, turn up. Otherwise, it's not going to happen,is it?
