Advice needed moving to Leeds in the summer!

Hi all, I know this has been asked before but we will be relocating to Leeds from SE London during the summer. My husband will be working in the Kirkstall area any recommendations about living around there - we are looking around Horsforth, Kirkstall but what about Armley, Bramley? Also does anyone have kids at "Holy Family Primary" we may have secured a place for my son to start in September (year 3) they had a place available 😊 But again not knowing the area any comments/advice would be welcome. Thanks mums

Did you make it to Leeds for a look around Tac?

Yes we did have a look around and ironically saw a nice place on Green Hill drive, the garden backs onto the cemetery. So at least it will be quiet 😂. We also liked one on Burley Hill. Still have to sell our place here in London before we can buy but having had a good look around we have an idea of what we want now. We will be back up to see my son's new school before they stop at the end of July so will have another look around then.....

How exciting! I'm in Horsforth and it is lovely, but plenty of places are in Leeds. I second what everyone else has said about Armley. Leeds is a fab city. I love living here.
