The first five that popped up in my search for a GCSE Physics tutor based in SW London were all charging in excess of £50 per hour (and none of them looked old enough to have years of experience behind them - either teaching or in a related industry). That's more than the going rate for 11+ tutors. I know of one who's been personally recommended for Physics and Maths (and is more local) who charges £20 p/h which seems a much more sensible price

How do you prove how good the tutors are? Also noting that some tutors claim to be able to teach more than 10 subjects. Personally I would not be over confident of the depth of knowledge of anyone tutoring across such a broad range of subjects.

I would rather use a bright sixth former (or an undergraduate who had been at DC1's school) TBQH.
