sports/remedial massage

Any personal recommendations for massage therapists for remedial/therapeutic massage? Preferably city centre, but not essential. I've googled, and zillions come up, and I think I'd be choosing a bit randomly so wondered if anyone had a recommendation. A physiotherapist has recommended that I might benefit from it, because of incredibly tight muscles everywhere - but I'm not the least bit sporty, so don't really want a place that is mostly for athletes, nor one that is just about spa-type relaxation. Anyone know anything about the place in Cobbler's Yard behind the grafton centre? Or the one on Norfolk St somewhere? It's so expensive - seems to be £45 for an hour, so I don't want to waste my money. Need someone I'd be comfortable with, as I find the whole idea a bit uncomfortable somehow. Cheaper is better as then I might be able to go more than once, as presumably it's something that needs to be done reasonably regularly, at least until the physio has helped.

Not quite your ideal neck of the woods, but I would recommend

www.physiotherapycambridge.com/, and
www.thebeechwoodpractice.co.uk/

thank you! Are there specific people at either of them that you'd recommend?

Lucy Hall - www.lucyhallmassage.com/. She works from a house near Addenbrooke's some days and Kelsey Kerridge (sp?) by Parkside pool the rest and is great. Deep tissue massage, £45 an hour (or £30 for 30 mins) and knows her stuff.

thanks, Kelsey Kerridge would be easily do-able.
