i have a child that was born with brachial plexus erbs palsy and shoulder dystocia due to the birth. i am with the charity group which offers a lot of support which is absolutly lovely. as i dont work due to looking after my little boy i would love to do some fundraising and rasising some awareness but dont know where to start, all i have are cake stalls and raffles. can anyone give me any more clues on what i can do? also if anyone has anything they would like to donate so I can get bits for a raffle that would be brilliant. I live in wyton on the hill and don't drive but am happy to cover fuel costs.

Have you thought about writing a blog about your experiences & using that to raise awareness & link to a just giving page.

Or run a charity event - e.g. Christmas ball.

Cakestalls don't raise much imho & you would be competing with other fundraisers.
