Hi I have written this post already so apologies if it is somewhere else on this site! Anyway my friend is thinking of opening a American style finder near the docks and ocean bowl in Falmouth selling burgers, ribs, and really nice kids meals all fast food but fresh and as he is a super chef I know they would taste really nice also! Would anyone take there kids there as an alternative to Mc Donald's? He would also do milkshakes etc and it would all be laid out like an old fashioned diner with blues music? What does everyone think about his idea? Honest feedback appreciated.

Thanks charimito! We are currently working on a menu of classic American diner food including burgers, ribs, southern fried chicken, stacked sandwiches, gumbo, chilli etc. we might wish to do a tex mex night or steak nights when we are more established so def keep you in mind, thanks so much!

Hi lilbex, how's the diner going? We're just down the road near Maenporth, I'll definitely pop in when you're open!

With any luck, you should get some of the dock workers dropping in for lunch. Nice year round trade.

I'll come to sample your wares if you're going to have some nice veggie options....Smile

ps (shameless) if you want some fresh, contemporary hand painted signage...www.muddycreeksigns.co.uk

Hello - I walked past your place at the weekend, or what's left of it Grin bit of a drastic renovation going on!

lilbex81 · 10/07/2015 20:54

Sorry for slow reply austenozzy, stubbornstains and BadRoly. We are getting there slowly! We had to liase with network rail who are now happy, cornwall council and environmental health who are now happy so all go go go from here! It's been a mammoth task, there are many reasons this building has been derelict for 9 years!
If we don't encounter too many more problems we should be open in the next few months!
Thanks for the advice on signs stubbornstains, will def check them out.
