Filling air filled tyres with foam?

I'm contemplating buying a buggy with air filled tyres and can't handle the uncertainty of getting a puncture with a toddler and baby in tow.
I've heard that they can be filled with foam but I can't find anywhere in our area that does this.

If you've had this done locally(ish) please tell me where.
If you've found another solution to this problem, I'd also like to know about that.
I've heard of 'slime' that can be put in tyres - does it really work?
Thanks very much.

Hi.

After we "enjoyed" a puncture with air filled tyres (who knew a buggy could be that difficult to push!), a friend who was into cycling recommended the Slime. We dutifully filled the tyres and then used the pushchair without ever being aware of any more punctures! I think most bike shops stock the Slime, which you put in the tyres so that if you do get a puncture, the Slime seals the hole so that you can reinflate the tyre/stop the air escaping in the first place. We got ours from the bike shop in Southdown in Harpenden.

Thanks Dragontrainer, it's great to know that slime actually works in the real world.
