Sorry to hear you self harm, I have had terrible depression over the past 3 years and have been so close to hurting myself. Hope you have access to the help that is out there. Will be thinking of you.

On the up side I have heated some mini pizza does that count as cooking!! :-)

i have been a self harmer since i was 13, feels like it just part of me (no it shouldnt be) sorry to hear you felt like that, its so damn tough aint it!

yeah that counts as cooking, be proud of yourself

dusty try and be more confident, it is obvious what a good mum you are and they will see that. Hopefully you will be offered the support and help that you want or need.

Hi mumbar bit better today thanks got some money at last and throat bit better but now found out two friends need me to support them through really tough times so i better start looking after myself or i won't be of any help to either of them

eve i only do hot food at parties sausages, burgers fish fingers and chips with beans & peas always go down well

Had another good day today, my mum went to visit my cousins baby who was premmie she's doing well which is lovely but cousins GF is feeling the strain .

Anyone going to splash pool on Sunday - think I might check it out with DS so could meet you there ?

Thanks Dusty - Yeah I think meeting down the splash pool - I've not been yet and VERY jealeous!!! Is 11am OK ? I'll bring picnic lunch for DS probably unless there's somewhere to get chips a healthy organic lunch with fruitshoot fresh fruit smoothies

yeah 11 is fine! will have to see what the weather is like on that morning, maybe we could do somethng else if it chilly! yeah i will take picnic for mine too as there not much about for food!

Poor DS face came up again tonight - something tells me it was planting the daffodils in the church garden That was at 4pm and it happened at 6.30pm or else it was the shampoo when I washed his hair - but he's used this shampoo loads of times

Just made my resources for lessons tomorrow , 1 day left then the weekend
