dolphin i lost nearly 3 stone with slimming world extra easy worked well for me

I play quite alot in Pompey, Southsea, Southampton etc. but couldn't possibly say more than that on MN! It really isn't that exciting I promise.

that just it I don't eat crisps or chocolate i don't drink or smoke (boring i know) i do have couple of takeaways a week if i am honest but ate them on slimming world too just choose very sensibly what to have

It's a bugger isn't it. I'm well into my 30s now and in the last few months I've noticed that I now have quite bad 'ahem' arm cellulite No idea how I got it or how to get rid.

i managed to get into a pair of jeans today that i last fitted into 2 years ago today, well chuffed!! have put alot of work in though and a lot more to go! then im gonna go out and find me the woman of my dreams!!

LM1 - my GP always blames my wight for whatever I am complaining about - it is so hard - lost loads 2000 and kept it off til 2007 but had horrid PND and have ate not stop for 3 years. Things back on track now so looking forward to getting a bit more active now DS is at pre school.

Day off tomorrow - half day thursday, DS birthday party thursday and thomas land Friday he is very excited. Just hope it stays dry for us.

i am still 3 sizes bigger than i was pre-kids but have just dropped two since xmas!

LM I shouldn't complain as I'm only a size 12. Spent years and years looking like a joss stick and now I'm much bigger it's taking some getting used to, but I know I should be grateful. More miffed about the loose skin on my abdomen really
