Jumping Jacks, Walton on Thames?

Hello

I've just moved into the area and would really appreciate your advice about nurseries.

I have a 2 year old little boy and I am close to Jumping Jacks but not knowing any other mums in the area, I'd be really interested to know if anyone goes there and what the facilities are like, what the staff are like etc..etc.. and also if there are any other nurseries which are good nearby.

Thanks in advance.

Elisha.

Jumping Jacks, as far as I know, is a play place, not a nursery. Maybe there is a nursery called Jumping Jacks, but I haven't heard of it. As far as nurseries, I have a few friends sending their LO's to Little Stars in Walton. Another popular one is in Hersham, Lilliputs.

Hope this helps.

Yes it's a soft play not a nursery.
I live in Weybridge and my DD goes to Stagecoach Montessori in Walton. (More a pre-school though I think offers sessions 9-12 or 1-4 or full day). Really great though, outstanding Ofsted.

Thanks for your messages.

I'll take a look at the nurseries.

Is Jumping Jacks good as a soft play centre?

Jumping Jacks - last time I went - is a big space with lots of running round room, but perhaps a little bit basic. Piglets in Hersham (hidden behind St Peters/Back Green) is smaller and possibly less big & scary for a 2 y o - they have animals and outdoor space too.

In terms of nurseries, as well as Lilliputs, there is Toad Hall - two branches, one in Hersham (behind Rydens School) & one in Walton, near Riverside Barn. DS went there for a while, and I know a few people who've been there from babyhood up, all of whom have been happy with it.

There are also a few childminder collectives (like small nurseries) around which might be worth your while looking at?

Jumping Jacks is ok, but Happy Feet, on the high street is better. Staff are friendly, kids LOVE it because they can play in the softplay or football room, and its small enough for you to be able to sit and enjoy a cuppa without worrying what they are up to.

i live in walton on thames, if your looking for private nurseries theres, lilyputs or honey pots that have a good reputation aswell as stage coach. theres quite afew playgroups aswell. go to grovelands children centre there all lovely they will help you meet new people and tell you all about playgroups, soft plays centres and nurserys.
