Please can anyone tell me anything about best primary schools near 2018 ? My husband has been offered a job there and it looks likely we will be moving in four months time. We currently live in the south west of the UK.

We are also looking for an apartment with the (€1,500) budget. We will prefer furnished apartment.

We are Indian living in the UK past 10 years and I want to make sure where we live is cosmopolitan but will also need to be close to a gym with a pool as I’d like to at least work on my fitness while out of work!

One more question, Is Dutch school better or International School.

Any help would be great! I’m quite overwhelmed by all the reading I’ve been doing, so some real life experiences would be really helpful.

Thanks

There is no such thing as "best" primaries anywhere in Belgium. Choose an area you wish to live in and find vacancies in the nearest schools.

It's best to live somewhere convenient for a public transport commute. Public transport is between 70-100% refunded by Belgian employers.

Unfurnished is the savvy choice for housing.

There are swimming pools everywhere, you can google them.

You do not state ages of children but be aware pre-school starts age 2.5 and finishes at age 6. From September 2020, schooling becomes obligatory from age 5 which is the last year of pre-school. However most children start school aged 2.5 to 3 years old.
