My thoughts and prayers are with all the families devastated by the coach accident.

Wishing all the injured children a fast and full recovery.

Mine too. It is so heartbreakingly sad, and I cannot imagine what those poor families are going through. It sounds like the whole country will observe the 1 minutes silence. An announcement has been sent round work this morning, stressing the importance of it, as 2 employees here have been directly affected.

I might have to disappear off outside, as I am pretty sure I will cry.

It's just too close to home. Too many connections in such small communities.

So many children finding it hard to understand, and the adults trying to find the words to explain the unexplainable.

I will be staying at home for the minute's silence, holding ds close. My girls will be in school and I have told them about the minute's silence. My dh, like you, says he will go outside and find a quiet place.

They had a minutes silence on Wednesday at NATO and BSB, and will do again today.

It's awful.

I went outside. Everyone came out of the Gare du Nord and stood in the square in front of the lowered Belgian flag outside the station. All the traffic stopped. It was quite eerie. So, so sad.
