Bonsoir, les français... help with a letter?

Any French people / speakers on here who could take a quick look at a letter I've written in French? I got a letter from a bank that I have an account with in Belgium, asking me to transfer a sum of money to settle an overdraft. I haven't used the account since I left Belgium 5 years ago so want to a.) settle the account but need the IBAN and BIC details to do so and b.) close it. Is the following letter OK? My French is pretty rusty / wonky and I haven't finished putting in all the accents yet but:

Monsieur,

J?ai bien reçu votre lettre du xxxxx, qu?a m'avisé que ma compte a vue xxxxx présente un solde débiteur de X EUR. Si vous pouvez m'envoyer les numéros IBAN et BIC pour ma compte a vue, je vais verser la totalite du debit toute suite.
Je voudrais aussi fermer cette compte a vue parce que je n?ai plus besoin d?une compte banquaire en Belgique.

Ok well it makes enough sense to say what you want it to say. I can translate how I read it (as French speaker?)

I have recieved your letter dated XXXXX. It has informed me that my account has a XXXXXX(??) debit balance of X Euros. Can you send me the IBAN and BIC for my account I will pay the WRONG WORD USED. I would also like to close this account as I do not need an account in Belgium. this last sentence the tenses are a bit messed up.

If you can correct it then cool, if not I can re-write it for you?

Your letter is pretty good. I've suggested a few changes below, some purely stylistic, one or two grammatical ("compte" is masculine).

J'accuse réception de votre lettre du xxx, m'avisant que mon compte à vue présente un solde débiteur de X euros. Je vous saurais gré de bien vouloir me communiquer les numéros IBAN et BIC pour ce compte, afin que je puisse verser la somme nécessaire le plus rapidement possible.
Je voudrais par ailleurs fermer ce compte à vue parce que je n'ai désormais plus besoin d'un compte bancaire en Belgique (can't see anything wrong with the tenses).

If you are in England, all you have to do is get your bank's IBAN/BIC details to transfer any monies owed to them, or vice versa, your bank in england will provide you with the details (nrs)

If you still have any statements from it, I would think that they would have the IBAN on them.

Thanks for your help, everyone. Your letter is very helpful AuldAlliance so I've nicked a couple of phrases if that's OK

Regarding the IBAN and BIC, unfortunately it's been so long since I used the account that I have no statements left from them but I have looked on the bank's website and if you put in your current account number, it gives you the IBAN and BIC to make a transfer so that's great as I can just make an online transfer now. I've adjusted the letter now to just say I've transferred the funds and want to close the account.
